The Factory
At our factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, every cigar is the result of passion, heritage, and uncompromising craftsmanship. We use only the finest ingredients, following traditions that have been perfected over more than 500 years. Each cigar is 100% handcrafted by our highly skilled artisans, where meticulous attention to detail ensures a flawless result every time.
The journey begins with the careful selection of premium tobacco leaves from Nicaragua and Ecuador. Once harvested, the leaves undergo a monitored drying process to achieve the ideal structure and moisture content. They are then carefully fermented under strictly controlled conditions—an essential step that refines flavor, aroma, and burn quality.
Blending is an art form of its own. Our master blenders, with decades of experience passed down through generations, select and combine the perfect leaves for each unique cigar profile. Stems are separated by hand, ensuring that only the best parts of the tobacco are used. Working in pairs, our rollers double-check every step as they craft each cigar according to traditional recipes, creating the perfect balance of taste and aroma.
Different blends are then rolled into specific vitolas—the traditional formats that give each cigar its distinct character. From light and nuanced to rich and full-bodied, every cigar offers a carefully curated experience. To finish, we use only superior Ecuadorian wrappers, renowned worldwide for their quality. These wrappers not only enhance the flavor but also give our cigars their signature appearance. Each cigar is individually inspected, guaranteeing perfect form and consistency before receiving its personalized ring.
Quality is our hallmark. Every cigar passes through a rigorous final inspection, then rests for two to three weeks to allow the flavors to mature fully. To preserve freshness, the cigars are carefully wrapped and protected before being placed in handcrafted boxes, made by the finest artisans of Estelí.
